Mental Health Workshops
We are accredited Instructor Members with MHFA England.
We offer the following MHFA England courses:

All of these courses are co-delivered by two experienced Mental Health First Aid England accredited instructors either face to face or online. Learning is via presentations, group discussion, individual exercises and group activities.
Bespoke Courses are also available as online or face to face workshops to meet the needs of your organisation. Quotes available on request.
We also offers an interactive e-learning package which includes videos, infographics, scenarios, quizzes and interactive activities including knowledge check. Quotes available on request.

Building Personal Resilience Workshop
This workshop is designed to develop resilience in individuals, and it explores the techniques and approaches that help individuals sustain personal control and resilience both personally and at work. It can be offered as either an online or face to face workshop.
The workshop includes discussion, theories and models of resilience and a variety of activities and exercises to build personal resilience including:

Why is resilience important?

What is my current level of resilience?

Identify key characteristics associated with resilience.

How to build personal resilience by developing coping strategies to manage how to control self and respond to challenging situations.

Actions required to take this forward personally and professionally.
