Bronnie is a founding Director of JB Training Partners and an experienced Learning and Development professional with over 25 years’ experience in designing and delivering innovative learning solutions to improve individual, team and organisational capability.

Her recent experience has been with Well Pharmacy where she has designed and delivered several successful leadership programmes including:

 

Leading Well – 2-day cultural leadership programme for Senior Leadership Team (150 individuals including Executives, Department Heads and senior leaders)

 

My Leadership – a comprehensive 12-month programme designed for all managers to equip them with the leadership competencies to lead and manage high performing teams

 

Passport to Leadership – a 6-month programme designed for aspiring team leaders in a logistics environment to prepare them for their first leadership position.
